Islam is concerned about human health, and stressed the need to preserve it. This is a trust in our necks. We will ask it before Allaah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If your body is right," he also said: "There is no harm or harm." If it is necessary to maintain the health of the human, and the first and most important ways to concern health is food, and any food? The food is proper. It is best to choose a correct system for our food, so that the building of the body is a sound building, and often they say the right mind in the healthy body. This, in turn, benefits us from the fact that non-integrated food and what is known as malnutrition will lead to many diseases, but a person is unable to keep up with his life optimally. Malnutrition generates many diseases, and the first thing we talk about is the dangers of malnutrition: 1) general weakness in the body. 2) Anemia in the blood. 3) Lin bone, resulting in rickets or so-called osteoporosis. 4) The body is exposed to a number of diseases, such as: (night blindness, Scorpio, Palagra). 5) Dry and cracked skin. Causes of malnutrition: 1) Not eating balanced food. 2) Follow the incorrect habits in nutrition, such as: a) Drink water while eating. B) Drink soft drinks before and after meals. C) Take tea or coffee after eating directly. 3) Not cooked food and especially special meat. 4) Use some unhealthy utensils to keep foods in aluminum. 5) Eat plenty of fried foods, especially if they are reheated. 6) a lot of eating canned foods and foods saved by preservatives. 7) Eat meals at close intervals. 8) Sleep after eating especially fatty foods. 9) Make any muscle effort after eating directly. In order to eliminate these causes, awareness must be spread among the society to protect our children from malnutrition, and the most important programs to promote awareness are "balanced food". For food to be balanced, the main diets consumed by the individual must contain the full nutrients (protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals, and water). We note that children are most vulnerable to malnutrition, so the mother should take care of her baby's meals so that they do not become malnourished. These are examples of balanced meals: Breakfast (eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, a few jams, bread - containing bran - a piece of cheese). Eggs can be replaced with boiled beans. Food: (piece of meat, rice, vegetable soup, yoghurt, some fruit). Dinner: (bean, salad, piece of sweetness, cup of milk, bread). It can eat some of the fruits between those meals. By adhering to this integrated diet, the body will be protected - God willing - from diseases. Finally, I recall a saying that our ancestors echoed (that breakfast is like the breakfast of kings, food like princes' food, and supper like the dinner of the poor).
