Sambousa is considered to be one of the appetizers that is always present on the Arab table, especially in the holy month of Ramadan. The sambousa is a very thin paste that is filled with various ingredients and is usually ready in the market. This article presents several distinctive mixtures that can be used to fill the sambousas. Fill the meat and potatoes Ingredients Two large pieces of potato. Tablespoon vegetable oil. Half a kilogram of minced meat. A large onion chopped finely. A cup of finely chopped parsley. Two cubes of chicken broth. A glass of hot water. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper. Half a teaspoon of crushed cardamom. Spoon hot ground pepper (as desired). Salt to taste. Method of preparation Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes, then remove them with vegetable oil until well browned, and sprinkle with black pepper after frying. Add the minced meat to the pan itself and turn it to dry and change color, then add onion and toss it with meat until it wilts. Add the chopped parsley to the meat, then melt the chicken cubes in a glass of water, add them to the meat, leave on the heat for 10 minutes, and then add the spices. Add the fried potatoes to the meat and toss them on the fire until the water dries and the ingredients are cooked, then remove the filling from the fire and let it cool completely. We use the filling to fill the sesame paste and then remove and serve. Fill the potatoes and coriander with 2 boiled potatoes. Half a teaspoon of mashed garlic. Four tablespoons finely chopped green coriander. Two tablespoons of cream cheese. A pinch of salt and black pepper. Two tablespoons of olive oil. How to prepare a boiled potato with a special tool. Add cream cheese, coriander, garlic, salt, pepper to the potato and mix the ingredients well. Add the olive oil to the potato mixture and mix well. We use the filling and fill it with sambousa, then remove it or add it with oil, and grind it with the oven, and serve it with soups. Stuff chicken and vegetables Ingredients: Half a kilogram of chicken breast, pulled and cut into small cubes. Two slices of potatoes. A medium onion chopped finely. A large carrot illustrated. A teaspoon of mashed garlic. Century of hot green pepper, minced. Two tablespoons of cream cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped coriander. Small spoon of salt. A tablespoon of mustard. A tablespoon of curry spices. Teaspoon of cumin. Half a teaspoon of black pepper. Half a teaspoon of chop. Half a teaspoon of dry coriander. Method of Preparation Take the cubes of the potatoes until they turn red and set aside. Put the onions with a little oil in a pan over medium heat and toss it until it wilts. Then add the garlic and stir it well. Then add the chicken cubes and leave them stirring occasionally until the color changes. Add the salt to the chicken, pepper, cumin and ground coriander. Turn over the mixture and leave on low heat until the chicken is cooked. Add chopped carrots, chopped peppers, and stir until the vegetables wither. Add the fried potatoes and green coriander to the chicken, then add the remaining spices and mustard, and finally add the cheese and mix it with the filling, and raise the pot from the fire. Leave the filling cool, and then fill and remove the sambosa.
